My Re(!LeafThe power within to turn your i) around.
My Re(!Leaf is a guided reflection workbook and healing system — born from Wiradjuri and Balladong wisdom, four years walking alongside mob through homelessness, healing and trauma. Walk it on your own, in a workshop, or across your whole organisation.
What is My Re(!Leaf?
A 12-chapter digital reflection workbook built around the LEAF Framework — Life, Emotions, Attitude, Freedom. You walk through Looking Back, Exploring Patterns, Breaking Cycles, Accountability & Action, the Songline Builder, Visual Holistic Tools, daily to monthly reflections, and a Closing Ceremony that marks the turning.
It works on your phone or any device, saves every reflection to your account, and is designed to feel like sitting in circle — even when no one else is in the room.
Always free
The Walkabout and Humbled Pride are yours, free.
